Pastor Dotun Arifalo is a visionary and founding partner of the iLead Youth Empowerment and Leadership program. She has been a leadership consultant for over twelve years and has understudied business and religious leadership gurus to start and grow at least three enterprises.

Pastor Dotun has gone on to build other successful organizations, including God’s Leading Ladies Worldwide in 2008 and the Leading Ladies Foundation in 2014, which is an offshoot of the GLLW. These are organizations she founded from the ground up to equip women for anointed leadership in their careers, businesses, politics, and ministries. These groups have made significant contributions on western universities, as well as in towns in Nigeria, Europe, and the Caribbean. She is now running with the goal of spreading her leadership tentacles to every major city in Nigeria as well as every continent on the planet.

Pastor Dotun Arifalo is the CEO of LifeOnPurpose, an empowerment platform launched in 2008 to assist individuals in developing the potential for success in life, business, and profession. She is the CEO of Leading Ladies Business Institute (LLBI), which aspires to be the leading business school for training and economic empowerment of female entrepreneurs. The goal is to assist women find their self-worth and possibilities via economic power, which will help to reduce the scourge of domestic violence raging in our culture and violent relationships.

She is also an anointed gospel preacher with a passion to assist men realize their greatness and fulfill their divine destiny as she develops world-class leaders in her age. She has a great preference for erecting structures, starting churches, and developing leaders. Over the course of eleven years, she has created three churches while raising and educating innumerable leaders, particularly in business and ministry, who have gone on to accomplish great things.

Pastor Dotun, who is a highly restless leader, went on a church planting campaign in 2016, with an aim to create at least three churches in 2016 and many more in the pipeline. With this same calling, she has built multiple online prayer platforms (Women Prayer Banquet) on campuses, cities, and even continents, with the goal of establishing the Women Prayer Banquet in every major city and college in Nigeria, as well as every continent of the world.

Pastor Dotun is driven to lead, train, and mentor emerging leaders. She has several kids and children that she nurtured from infancy to make a difference in their own fields.
