Bishop Francis Wale Oke, born on September 8, 1956, is a prophet of God and the President and Founder of The Sword of The Spirit Ministries International, based in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
For almost thirty years, Bishop Francis Wale Oke has led huge crusades all around the world, attracting massive crowds. He also leads a prayer and intercession program called The Nigeria Turning Point in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Abuja, Nigeria. This initiative has brought millions of people together to pray for Nigeria’s peace and development.
Bishop Francis Wale Oke hosts a daily program on FRCN and NTA, Ibadan, Nigeria’s national radio and television stations. He also established the International Bible College of Ministries and Seminary (IBCOMS).
Francis Wale Oke created the Christ Life Church in 1989, following ten years of missionary work around Nigeria and many areas of the world. The church has developed dramatically, with over two hundred branches situated throughout Nigeria. Francis Wale Oke’s Sword of the Spirit Ministries has also created a strong ongoing work in the United Kingdom, Russia, and the United States of America.

All Nations for Christ Bible Institute bestowed an honorary degree on him in November 1991 under the auspices of Oral Roberts University for his exceptional contributions to international evangelism. He was recently honored by the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for his remarkable contributions to religious tolerance and human development.
Francis Wale Oke was Consecrated a Bishop in 1999 by a dramatic supernatural interposition, and for over thirty years he has hosted the Annual Holy Ghost Convention, through which millions have been converted and various ministries have been born and transferred to the glory of God.
Bishop Francis Wale Oke, the current National President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), is the author of various books, including the best-selling Alone With God. He is married to Reverend Victoria Oke, and they have four children.
