Biography of Pastor Lanre Rex Onasanya (Age , Wife)

Pastor Lanre Rex Onasanya, born on July 16th, has spent over 20 years expressing the reality of our inheritance in Christ and the magnificent richness of the Holy Spirit’s presence. He is certain that every Christian would live a triumphant life if they were taught to view themselves as God sees them: a wonderful new creation!

Pastor Rex, also known as P. Rex, is the President of Lanre Onasanya Ministry, the founding Pastor of Spirit of Life Christian Centres in Ijebu-Ode and Lagos, Nigeria, and the current Lead Pastor of Spirit of Life Christian Centre Canada.

Pastor Rex is a devout student of the Bible. He was ordained as a pastor in November 2000 after serving in several ministry positions. Following that, in 2005, he heard a summons to launch out, and in 2006, he was directed to move to Ijebu-ode and establish the ministry’s base there. In November 2006, a 12-week weekly fellowship began, and on January 28, 2007, the church arm was born with seven members. Since then, the church and ministry as a whole have expanded immensely, with God’s word being taught and accepted, hundreds of lives being touched, word and ministry-conscious individuals being raised, and a land progressively being influenced for Jesus.

He is a Mass Communication graduate with a strong desire to see the next generation live in the fullness of everything that God has made accessible in Christ. Pastor Rex is also well-known for his pragmatic, non-dogmatic approach to the Bible, which has encouraged many people to develop a personal connection with God’s word.

P. Rex’s life is a testimonial to the powerful force of God at work at Spirit of Life Christian Centre and the immense grace upon his life and ministry. He is a simple man with extremely deep substance and a very readily understanding method to teaching God’s Word. Pastor Rex is a Godly man who teaches the Bible with clarity, accuracy, and authority. He leads and guides with God’s love at the center of everything. He is a fantastic role model and a huge effect on many people. He is a frequent host of the Influence of the Spirit, a monthly teaching gathering in Lagos, Nigeria.

He now lives in London, Ontario, Canada with his girlfriend Bukola Onasanya and their kid Rex.
