Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, who was born on January 1, 1976 in Kwara State, Nigeria, is the senior pastor and founder of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), which has worship centers throughout Nigeria. He is extensively listened to as a worldwide speaker of God’s word and is affectionately known as Pastor B.

He had his primary, secondary, and initial tertiary education at the University of Ilorin while growing up in Kwara state. Unfortunately, he was expelled from the University of Ilorin when he was in his 300s for engaging in cult-related activities on campus.

The institution then denied having any records of Pastor Biodun studying there, prompting a viral video of him on social media in 2017. He was later stated to corroborate the video’s content, claiming that he was formerly a top priest of the Black axe confraternity, which resulted in the termination of his studentship. Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo eventually returned to school and earned a degree from the University of Benin.
Pastor Biodun’s COZA began as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in 1999 in Ilorin, Kwara State, with four pastors and a tiny congregation. Since then, the church has expanded into a megachurch with over 20,000 members and an ever-expanding online community. Starting with the Lagos campus in 2012, the Port Harcourt campus in 2016, the Abuja site in 2008, and the Dubai campus in the United Arab Emirates in 2017. The church also produced a music band known as the Gratitude Music Band, which won the UK Gospel Touch Music Award for its hit track “Raba Raba Eh.”
Pastor Biodun, a multi-talented man of God, is a wonderful singer and musician. He thinks that Christians should be able to influence society with kingdom principles, and his mission is to raise a generation of takeover leaders. Pastor Biodun is joyfully married to Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo, a COZA Co-Senior Pastor, and they have three gorgeous children.” He runs COZA’s headquarters in Abuja with his supporting wife, Pastor Modele Fatoyinbo, also known as Mummy D.
