Grace Lokwa, an advanced studies graduate of the I’instituts National Des Arts (INA), rose to prominence after gospel pastor and musician, Prinx Emmanuel, the vocalist of “God No Go Shame Us,” shared a video named “kumama papa remix” on February 8th, 2022. Since then, several celebrities, like Minister Moses Bliss, have shared Prinx Emmanuel’s video. In short time, celebrities from Nigeria and around the world began utilizing the song in a flashback challenge known as the “Kumama challenge.” This caused the song to go popular, particularly on Tiktok and Instagram.

On March 28, 2022, Minister Moses Bliss welcomed Grace Lokwa to Nigeria for a musical tour, during which he visited numerous churches, including Streams of Joy International in Abuja, led by renowned Pastor Jerry Eze.
