Act of Spiritual Communion (Catholic Prayers)

O Jesus I turn toward the holy tabernacle where You live hidden for love of me. I love you, O my God. I cannot receive you in Holy Communion. Come nevertheless and visit me with Your grace. Come spiritually into my heart.

Purify it. Sanctify it. Render it like unto Your own.

Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldst enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

Act of Spiritual Communion

Jesus Christ my Savior,

I believe that You

are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love You above all things,

and I desire to receive You into my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,

come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.

Lord I am not worthy to receive you, But only say the word and I shall be healed.
