She married Babajide Adams, an insurance company employee and usher at the Fountain of Life Church owned by Taiwo Odukoya, the late pastor Bimbo’s husband, two months after the crash.

Her wedding took place on the 21st of February 2006 in St. Annes Church, Molete, Ibadan, and she had Plaster of Paris (POP) on her left arm, but that didn’t stop the wedding from being a glitzy society affair.

According to reports, she survived the crash with minor injuries and was able to leave her sick bed at the Shell Clinic in Rivers State in good health.
