Oh, God, I’m worrying myself silly. I am neglecting to take use of Your inexhaustible storehouses of spiritual consolation. Assist me in resting in Your knowledge and kindness. I am aware that Satan wishes to consume and ruin my soul and is seeking to trap me in harmful mental patterns.
Help me to manage myself within, to be wary of his cleverness and to oppose his schemes. Help me to be consistent and firm in my faith. Amen.
