Meet Krystal Ann – Yanni daughter (Biography and Husband) – Most people think it’s Greek. It’s easier to just call him Yanni. Despite the fact that some term his music “new age gimmickry,” he is a global celebrity who has sold millions of CDs. He’s performed in the Taj Mahal, the Forbidden City in Beijing, and the Acropolis in Greece, where he was born.

Yanni initially surfaced in South Florida as the boyfriend of Dynasty star Linda Evans in the late 1990s. He took her to Chris Evert’s Celebrity Tennis Classic before returning to play for the black tie gala’s high ticket guests.

He clearly enjoyed his surroundings. After his divorce from Evans in 1998, he purchased a modest small seaside home in Manalapan for $5.7 million. Nonetheless, it took two decades after the Evert engagement for him to perform in public, with wonderful reviews at the Kravis Center in 2012 and 2013.

Yanni’s banker father clearly taught him some investment strategies. The mansion is now worth between $10 and $15 million. He is reported to be worth $40 million.

While he is a showman onstage, he favors a far lower key offstage. There have been few local sightings; the seawall beside his property crumbled during Hurricane Sandy; and in 2006, his then-girlfriend Silvia Barthes accused him of violence, but charges were never made.

He’ll make his third public appearance on Feb. 6 at Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, and you might spy the newest woman in his life in the wings. She’s tall and black, with a Grand Canyon-sized smile and probably a camera in her hand.

Any similarity is entirely genetic.

Krystal Ann, Yanni’s daughter, was revealed to the public a year and a half ago during an interview with Oprah Winfrey. She is in her late thirties and handles his social media. But that’s all we’ve got. (It’s just coincidental that Evans’ character on Dynasty was named “Krystle.”)

Krystal Ann was born in the early 1980s, prior to Yanni and Evans’s meeting. There is speculation that she is from Minnesota and the result of a romance that began when Yanni was studying psychology at the University of Minnesota. But that’s off the record.
