Lord Jesus, our Healer, you understand what it is like to be in suffering. You understand how it feels to be saddened by the pain of your friends. You sobbed at Lazarus’ tomb. I am grateful that you not only understand what it is like, but also have the ability to change such conditions.

You resurrected Lazarus from the dead after grieving at the grave. Sin, suffering, and illness are powerless against your healing abilities. You carried our sins in your body on the cross, and we are healed because of your wounds. Amen. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
