On January 28, 1986, Pastor Stephen Akintayo was born in Maiduguri’s Gonge Area, Borno State. He is a serial entrepreneur, author, investment coach, property developer, and digital marketing consultant from Nigeria. Gtext Global’s MD/CEO is him.
Mr. Victor and Mrs. Deborah Akintayo raised him and his four siblings in a very poor household without electricity. After his father’s business failed, starvation became his family’s greatest issue, and he began foraging for food while in primary school. To finance his school costs, his mother regularly borrowed money.

He went to Baptist Primary School in Maiduguri and then to Government Secondary School in Jebba, Kwara State. He then went on to acquire his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University.

He is a professional member of the Institute of Information Management, Lagos, and a member of the Institute of Strategic Management. In his fifth year, he established a Student Trade Fair on his campus. He studied Digital Marketing Consultancy at Harvard University and the Digital Marketing Institute. He eventually teamed with firms in the United Kingdom to expand his business.

At the age of 17, Akintayo established his first company selling eBooks, and then he began selling GNLD vitamins, which his cousin recommended to him. Akintayo then founded Gilead Balm Group in 2008, with the goal of assisting its clients in reaching their massive countrywide database of contact information. This has aided companies like as Chivita, Guaranty Trust Bank, MTN, PZ Cusson, and many more. Over the course of 12 years, the brand has evolved into a multi-million dollar enterprise.

He is also the president and founder of the Stephen Akintayo Foundation, which was formally known as the Infinity Foundation on September 5, 2008, and is dedicated to providing free food, clothing, and necessities to the less fortunate from the IDP Camp in Maiduguri and the Dustbin Estate in Ajegungle, where his team frequently visits.
He founded Mercy Orphanage through the Infinity Foundation in December 2015. This momentum will continue when he attends the Global Property Conference, Conference Agric, and the recently ended Freelance Conference Africa.
Stephen is married to Bisi Akintayo, dubbed “The Amazon of Mini-Importation.” Ephraim, Sapphire, and Divine are their three children. He is a pastor of the Living Faith Church Worldwide.
Akintayo has received several honors, including the Outstanding Young Person by Junior Chamber International award.
